Pada 24 Januari 2015, seorang pengguna situs 2channel membuat sebuah thread berjudul Lets make ISIS into girl and send it to them! (Ayo kita membuat ISIS menjadi (karakter) perempuan & kirimkan ke mereka (ISIS)!). Pembuatan thread ini berujuan untuk meledakkan serach engine google (Google-bombing) dengan kata kunci ISIS agar yg keluar adalah karakter ini.
Ada juga aturan dalam pembuatan karakter ini yg dibuat oleh pengguna 2channel:
