PES League ID as the biggest <em>PES & WE</em> league in Indonesia from MaenBolaRankings.com invites all <em>PES</em> fans to compete to be the best and become the best <em>PES</em> player in Indonesia on PES League ID FINAL, Indonesia Game Show (IGS) 2014.</p><p>On IGS 2014 final, the best <em>PES</em> players from all regions in Indonesia will be invited to present and compete in the final round of PES League ID. The organizer had allocated 24 final slots for the first season of PES League ID where 18 slots will be allocated based on regional ranking, 2 slots for online communities, and 4 slots from IGS that will be conducted on Friday to Saturday. The events pre-launch was held on 28 to 29 December 2013. It will be a special pride for the <em>PES</em> players to be able to participate in such great event, especially if they won the title,the best <em>PES</em> player in Indonesia.</p><p>For regional slot allocation, the rules and terms to be able to get allocated slot for the players to be able to play in final round are, among others, the players participated in the region are 50 registered players at the minimum. If a region failed to meet the minimum registered player, the region will not be included in the calculation which means the region has no allocated slotin the final. The definition of region is the place of residence of the players, not their birthplace. It means the area someone played from in the current season will determine their chance to get the allocated slot in the final.</p><p><img class="aligncenter size-large wp-image-123296" alt="PES League ID" src="http://www.duniaku.net/wp-content/uploads/2013/11/PES2014_DP2_JUVENTUS_PARMA-640x360.jpg" width="640" height="360" /></p><p>There are 7 regions for PES League ID season 2013/2014. The regions are DKI Jakarta, West Java, Central Java, East Java, Sumatra, Kalimantan, and Sulawesi. This means if youre from Samarinda but currently attend a college in Bandung, your PES League ID region is West Java, not Kalimantan.</p><p>From 18 slots for regional ranking, 4 slots are determined based on national ranking and the rest will be allocated to each region based on Regional Coefficient. The formula is as follows:</p><p style="text-align: center;">(The number of regional participant : The number of regional event)</p><p style="text-align: center;">—————————————————————————————-</p><p style="text-align: center;">The average of national participant</p><p> </p><p>Using the formula, the more a region conduct an event will not directly translate to a guaranteed allocated slot since the number of the participant in the region will be the most determining factor. Lets say a region conducted 10 events where the participants are the same people, the regional coefficient value will be smaller. This means the regions chance to get allocated slot is smaller since the purpose of the league is to gather new communities to join and participate.</p><p>Meanwhile, the number of a regions allocated slot to final determined based on:</p><p style="text-align: center;">Regional coefficient x Total Regional Slot (14)</p><p>Using <em>PES 2013</em> ranking data, the following is the simulated final slot allocation:</p><p>Number of participant: Bandung 462 | Jakarta 331 | Surabaya 60 | Makasar 112</p><p>Number of Event: Bandung 5 | Jakarta 2 | Surabaya 3 | Makassar 1</p><p>Average number of player: Bandung 92,4 | Jakarta 165,5 | Surabaya 20 | Makassar 112</p><p>Total average number of player: 389,9 (92,4+165,5+20+112)</p><p>Regional Coefficient: Bandung 0,237 (92,4:389,9) | Jakarta 0,424 | Surabaya 0,051 | Makassar 0,287</p><p>Allocated slot: Bandung 3 | Jakarta 6 | Surabaya 1 | Makassar 4</p><p>From the calculation, we can see that although Bandung conducts more events, Bandungs allocated slot is less than Jakarta & Makassar that conduct fewer events.
